Brad received his degree in Architectural Engineering from State Technical Institute at Memphis and began his career in 1997 working for a design firm in Memphis. He later moved to Nashville in 2002 to work for a local builder/developer and then worked for Southern Land Company as Project Manager. He started Sayers Design Group in 2008 and later teamed up with Andrew Heideman to form Four Square Design Studio. His design work can be seen throughout the Middle Tennessee area and beyond.

Andrew received his degree in Architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He has lived and worked in Nashville for over 10 years. Having practiced at both residential and commercial design firms, Andrew possesses a broad skillset that makes him a valuable asset for projects of any type. As both a designer and one of Four Square Design Studio’s Managing Partners, Andrew’s creations embrace timeless architecture while incorporating modern details and amenities for today’s discerning tastes.
